We did not eat the breakfast. My only complaint is that the hotel and reception are far away and the original receptionist we had on our first check in (Sept 4th) did not explain to us how the fob works for the car and the garage which made us have to go back and get an explanation. Also, when we checked out the road was blocked off, so, we were unable to drive to the reception to drop off our keys which was hectic because we were in a hurry to return our rental car on time. communication on all of these issues would have helped us a lot and also the road was blocked due to the open market which was noisy for my husband who stayed in the front room. We loved looking out on the water and it was overall a great experience but I would suggest they consider allowing people staying in the residence bellevue (not the hotel) to do online checkout and to leave their keys in the room to make it easier on them given that checking out can be very hectic and a lot of pressure to get to wherever you are going as a traveler. I would also suggest a better coffee maker with better tasting coffee and some hand towels or paper towels for guests to use to clean up after themselves if/when they are using the kitchenette area. I still give Residence Bellevue a very good rating but think they should take some of these details into consideration because we like many people use air bnb's and these conveniences are provided often at a fraction of the cost of hotels. It's just a matter of keeping up with the times and updating practices.

The size of the rooms and the views

All was super, very big 60 m2 and beautiful apartment with separated bedroom and very big bathroom, with view on the Rhine River, very nice, possible to take a dog with, parking reserved directly in the garage, all was perfect! Residence Bellevue is absolutely the place to recommend!

Can’t beat the location , very clean and comfortable ! We were welcomed in our room to a toddler crib even though we brought our own travel one, and didn’t request one, (free of charge)couldn’t have been more accommodating and pleasant.

Absolutely amazing .apartment number 30 was stunning. Spotlessly clean, view to Rhine, balcony.. comfortable bed, big bathroom. Coffee machine. Tea bags. Complimentary bottle of water..Fridge, ( stocked with various drinks which were chargeable) Easy parking in garage below. Lift to rooms. Definitely book a rhine view deluxe apartment if you want to experience Boppard views.

Large,stylish apartment with a view over the Rhein with private (paid) parking, can’t fault it, very comfy bed, good shower, even the wine in the minibar wasn’t overpriced!

We love the clean, spacious comfort of the well equipt apartments.

Superbe rooms, friendly staff, gr8 restaurant

Splendid location overlooking the Rhine. Free train and bus travel over quite a wide area was a welcome addition. Boppard is a beautiful little town with Weisbaden and Mainz not too far away and Koblenz and the Mosel very close.

The apartment was very spacious, bright, well furnished. Great view out of the window. Excellent location - easy access to restaurants, the promenade, the market place, the ferry and the boats on the river.

location was fabulous - right on the river. The space was amazing too - so roomy.

We decided to stop in the area and found the hotel in last minute. The rooms are in a separate building from a nearby hotel, but they are huge and has been recently renovated. You keep having access to all the facilities from the hotel.

We stayed in the apartment building about 50 yards from the hotel. We had a riverfront room with an incredible view. We spent hours during our three day stay just watching this river traffic and enjoying the sights.
